I fell in love with East TN alongside my Father, who moved my family to Eastern TN in the early 1990s. We left Southern Louisiana, Slidell/New Orleans, where he was born, raised, and worked hard in the Gulf for Big Oil (Seimens & Odeco).

I grew up exploring the mountains, trails, and waterways of East TN. In my youth, I spent a lot of time helping to run a variety of short term rentals for family friends in our church & others. I loved the architecture, the views, the experience of being in these beautiful places.

In short, I fell in love with land, development, and real estate. I enjoy analyzing, researching, and creating solutions for sellers, buyers, investors, and asset managers. Developing unique strategies to reach the most challenging goals is a favorite of mine.

I interviewed the head brokers of well over 20 firms. I worked as an assistant for an agent, worked as an affiliate broker for multiple firms (from some of the largest to some of the smallest), and founded my own firm, as head and principal broker, having now settled on the best way to run things to serve the interest of the customer in a superior way.
