Let's Talk About Photography, Marketing, and More

It's been a while since I posted here, so this beautiful snow day seems the perfect opportunity. The image above was captured today using one of my professional cameras. As a rule, I will not add a camera to my business unless it is a hand-held, or a drone, that is top rated. The image above was originally captured in 4,000 by 3,000 pixel dimension, but was modified to a smaller size, with a file type change, to help optimize it's display and load time for this site. On foot, and drone photography, is a passion of mine, and has been for many years. When I'm not doing my own professional photography, I have other professionals I collaborate with to make more practical timelines for advertising and travel. In the largest MLS database, in the Eastern Half of TN, ETNREALTORS, we are currently allowed up to 60 images, and some additional videos. Anytime you list property with me, it is my goal to optimize, and maximize, the visuals that culminate to advertise your property. We want an ad to ensure your property stands out amongst all competition. As an experienced web developer, I can go beyond the MLS database, network of over 100 top display sites, YouTube, etc., and build you a website, or a dedicated page, for your property, estate, farm, multi-unit, or whatever it may be. You should be able to find with ease a profile page for me there, and that will also display my current active listings, as well as a few of my recent successful sales. Remember, however, that anytime I have done a deal that was off-market, it won't show up in that system. Likewise, any deal I do that crosses MLS region lines, also, likely won't show up in that system. That has to do with databases and the way they are designed, which is a conversation we can have on the phone together if you'd like to learn more about how that works. As well, before I opened my own firm, any listings that I had, but gifted to previous firms at times of transition in the past several years, will not show up in my listing history on REALTOR, eventhough I acquired those listings, and did all of the professional photography, communications, listing paperwork, and advertising, etc. There were over 28 listings that were impacted in that way; this means roughly 28 listings in my work history that I established don't show up connected to my name in that system because the database is not able to cross-refence agent work history in those scenarios either. There are also many types of business dealings a Broker does outside of assisting buyers and sellers in traditional transactions, and those aspects of business are not going to appear in the recent activity system displayed by REALTOR.
