Understanding how a large variety of coding languages work, as well as understanding how databases functions and are designed, is beneficial to buyers, sellers, and investors. For example, my experience in these fields of study and practice over the years assists me in creating optimized strategies for on and off market research, as well as for data analysis, risk analysis, and advertising strategies, and more. Below is a list of Certificate Courses which I am currently taking. Some of them, I have taken many times before, and have mastered, and some of them are new, or partially new. I am re-taking, and taking, all of the courses below in the list between 7-27-24 and 7-24-25. If I think to, I will periodically update this list with dates of completion, as well as add links to my Certificates of completion in each as I complete these CE courses. I first began interest in coding when I was in Elementary school when I found a book at a scholastic book fair about computer programming and code cracking for governments and war times, and found it fascinating. My favorite thing about coding is how it can be utilized to analyze large amounts of data quickly, and applied to business and to health diagnostics, especially genetics. I studied coding in college, and then continued to study it independently. I audited some courses from Harvard and edX, and took some very complex courses through a free college course system through some libraries, as well as several online platforms. I've built websites and databases comparable to that of Facebook and Amazon in the past. I've utilized code to write my own self-imagined software programs for analyzing data and predicting future events, odds, and stats in situations that are typically considered to be random, and not predictable. My work in that field was a fun hobby, and on a few occasions, my program predicted correctly. I created my own theory regarding that rationale behind predicting events which appear to be random and not predictable. It was fun. In college I focused on Advanced Mathematics and Calculus, Accounting, Sciences, Environment Studies, and now Health Sciences. I have a strong passion for learning.
